I'm learning networking through hands-on projects: a segmented home lab, a Raspberry Pi travel router, and a data pipeline. My operations and analysis experience, and my design background, shape how I plan work and collaborate.

About me

Background & focus

I'm working toward a career in network administration. It started with my CompTIA A+, which I earned in 2026. Since then I've moved my daily machine to Linux and worked through hands-on exercises in subnetting, routing, Wireshark, and firewall rules, each one tied to a project I'm building.

I apply what I learn as Operations Manager at Dancing Goats, where I assist with network setup, troubleshooting, and escalation. The role also keeps my analysis skills in use: I track performance metrics, manage inventory, and train a team of seven.

My degree is in Interactive Design, and I worked as a Junior UX Designer at MountainSeed. Design taught me how I approach projects: define the problem before picking a solution, test assumptions early, and document as I go. It also taught me to work across teams, running critiques with data operations, development, sales, and project management.
